it is usually in the long run, for your own good. But who gives a shit about the long run right? I cant even recall a time when I was told to stop doing something that in one way or another was beneficial. So when someone tells you to stop, think about it.

Workin’ out sucks. I am starting to think that the little diddy about pain and gain is bullshit. I hurt all the time and I have barely gained any mass. It could be that I am limited by my lanky skeletal structure and that may very well mean that I will just have to live with being lean.

it seems as if i have been eating non-stop for the past three or four months… yet the only amount of weight i have put on are the five pounds of muscle that i earned at the gym.
i mean the shittiest foods, not just junk food, but “high octane crap”. i find myself horking down this or that, buying candy bars and pasteries… today i have had two slices of cheesecake and one...
Western Weekend
this is going to be my western weekend. i have already watched A Fist Full of Dollars, and i have already watched For a Few Dollars More… i think its safe to say that The Good The Bad and The Ugly will be consumed within the day. i have to go through the stack of dvds and see what else i can include.

yet scowling at the stranger who has stood in line and accidentally missed the sign, which was in plain sight, that said credit cards are not accepted, and by doing so their argument that they have with the cashierabout whether or not the sign was in plain sight holds up the line about a minute or two… is still perfectly accepted!
